We strive for 100% parent participation at Newcastle. 

The membership fee is for the current school year and is to be renewed annually.

PTSA Membership Levels:

  • Family Membership – $25
  • Staff Membership – $10

A portion of the Newcastle PTSA membership fee goes toward the National and Washington State PTA Membership Service Fees and the remaining portion goes to cover the expense of producing our Newcastle Elementary School Directory.  Only paid Newcastle PTSA members will receive a printed school directory.  

Your child's teacher gets $50 to spend on books for the classroom if 100% of their students have a parent who at create a PTSA account.
