A Message of Gratitude from the PTSA President & March Announcements
Dear Newcastle Elementary Families,
We first want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Fun Run such an incredible success. Together we raised $34,102, surpassing our goal and supporting important programs and opportunities for our students.
This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible leadership of our Co-VPs of Ways and Means, Alicia and Melissa, who coordinated, planned, and executed every detail of the event.
We are also grateful to our teachers who partnered with us and communicated with families throughout the event, while continuing to care for and support our students.
A special thank you goes to the many parents who donated their time, contributed financially, shared the fundraiser with friends and family, and encouraged their companies to participate in corporate matching. Your support truly made this event possible.
While the Fun Run was taking place, the PTSA team was working behind the scenes planning our upcoming March events. These events are wonderful opportunities to connect as a community and support our students and school.
We also have a big announcement as we begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year.
Thank you for being such an important part of our Newcastle Elementary community. Your support, involvement, and generosity help make our school a special place for our children.
Warmly, Fiorella Tapiarene & Katie Green PTSA Co-Presidents

To make it extra fun, students will vote by placing their donations in one of two bins:

The option with the most donations wins!
Thank you for helping support our community while making a difference together.
📚 Scholastic Book Fair – March 16–20
Your child is invited to attend our Scholastic Book Fair at Newcastle Elementary from March 16–20. Students will have the opportunity to explore a wide selection of books and discover new favorites.
Families can also create a Book Fair eWallet so students can shop cash-free, worry-free, and independently. The eWallet is easy to set up and allows family members to contribute funds as well.
Thank you for helping us make our staff feel appreciated!
